RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Returns Eligibility

Because our products are perfumes and cosmetic items, returns can only be accepted if:

  • The item is unused,

  • The original seal, packaging, and accessories are intact,

  • The product has not been opened, sprayed, or tested,

  • The item is returned in a resellable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.


2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for:

  • a photo of the damaged item,

  • the packaging,

  • and the shipping label.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer either:

  • a replacement, or

  • a full refund, including shipping costs.


3. Change of Mind Returns

Under UK law, customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, this right does not apply to perfumes that have been opened or unsealed, due to hygiene regulations.

If your product is sealed and unused, you may return it within 14 days.

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s expense.


4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide the return address and instructions.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty.


6. Exchanges

We can offer an exchange only for unopened, unused items.

If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead.


7. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, sprayed, or tested perfumes

  • Used cosmetic or fragrance products

  • Items returned without prior contact

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


8. International Orders

International customers may request a return under the same conditions, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs fees or taxes paid are non-refundable.
